Rita Ora is feeling the heat after celebrating her 30th birthday — a move which broke the UK’s current COVID-19 restrictions.

According to numerous reports, Ora celebrated the milestone with over thirty other attendees – breaching the country’s current lockdown rules.
Confirming the allegations, The Metropolitan Police stated that officers were called to details of a breach of COVID-19 regulations in the area at 9:10pm on Saturday.
Taking to her Instagram story to apologise, the songstress shared the following message:
“I’m deeply sorry for breaking the rules and in turn understand that this puts people at risk. This was a serious and inexcusable error of judgment. Given the restrictions, I realise how irresponsible these actions were and I take full responsibility.
I feel particularly embarrassed knowing first hand how hard people have worked to combat this terrible illness and being fully aware of the sacrifices that people and businesses have made to help keep us all safe. Even though this won’t make it right, I want to sincerely apologise.”

It’s understood that the star voluntarily opted to pay a fine for the gathering which could reach the £10,000 mark.
