New details have emerged in the Dr. Dre and Nicole Young divorce battle.

According to TMZ, the former N.W.A. rapper has filed a prenuptial agreement that his estranged wife claims is no longer valid.

The document reportedly states that all properties acquired during the marriage are separate. Essentially, each party will walk away with what they individually purchased or received over the last 14 years.

The prenup goes on to say that Young does not waive the right to spousal support. While she is likely to receive a hefty payout, it will likely not be the $2 million she was previously asking for (as we reported here).

Shortly after filing for divorce, Young claimed that she and Dre never had a prenuptial agreement. However, she did clarify later on that she did sign one, but the rapper tore it up. In doing so, it was nullified. With the newly filed prenup, the only way that it can me amended or terminated is through writing. There is currently no evidence of that occurring.
