New music from Rina Sawayama could be upon us.

For, the ‘XS’ singer recently revealed to Music Feeds that work on her sophomore album has “already started.”

Her words below…

When asked if she was ready for the next era, she said:

“Oh, the next era has already started! I’m already writing, and the songs are so interesting.”

The rising music superstar went on to say:

“I’ve got about half an album of working songs already. I’m going to keep writing, and I’ve heard that I might be going to Nashville to write which is one of my dreams.”

More details about the project have not been revealed. The album would serve as the follow up to her critically-acclaimed debut album, ‘Sawayama,’ which landed on many publications year-end lists for best albums.
