Recently, reports surfaced that Foxy’s brother Gavin Marchand revealed on the app Clubhouse that “the paperwork for a battle between his sister and Lil’ Kim had recently been completed.”
However, Verzuz creator Swizz Beatz quickly shot those down on Twitter, saying:

Foxy and Lil’ Kim have had bad blood for decades now, as both traded barbs at the other though music. But things took a violent turn when their entourages ran into each other outside of Hot 97, which resulted in 21 gunshots. Foxy then attempted to reconcile with Lil’ Kim, but she allegedly refused and was jailed for lying during her grand jury testimony.
While a Verzuz battle between Foxy and Lil’ Kim may not be in the cards, R&B titans Ashanti and Keyshia Cole are scheduled to face off on December 12 (as we reported here).
