Beyonce rang in 2021 with an attitude of gratitude.
The diva may be between solo albums, but that didn’t stop her from having an action-packed year.
From the blazing success of Adidas x Ivy Park to ‘Black Is King’, Queen Bey maintained an omnipresence during 2020.
One of the other main vehicles for this was unquestionably the ‘Savage’ remix with Megan Thee Stallion.
The surprise release proved a mega smash and went on to top the Billboard Hot 100. A feat notably achieved without the need for a music video.
Still that didn’t stop fans from wishing for one. And while it didn’t come to fruition, Bey just dropped a Cheers To The New Year visual that may serve as a consolation of sorts.
See what we mean below…
Recapping a year like no other, the montage sewed together clips of the singer rocking out to ‘Savage’ and even featured her youngest daughter Rumi.

The superstar accompanied the video with message to her loyal supporters:
“Cheers to a New Year Beehive!! 🎆🎊
2020 divided us and united us. Most could not see loved ones and we felt too many loses, but we were united by our humanity.
This year for me has been about celebrating joy, chasing happiness, and living in love.
As we all look forward and pray for new beginnings, my wish for you is that you honor yourself and those you love.
Celebrate that you are an important individual who contributes to our beautiful collective.
Here’s to a better and brighter 2021!
