The diva may be between solo albums, but that didn’t stop her from having an action-packed year.
From the blazing success of Adidas x Ivy Park to ‘Black Is King’, Queen Bey maintained an omnipresence during 2020.
One of the other main vehicles for this was unquestionably the ‘Savage’ remix with Megan Thee Stallion.
The surprise release proved a mega smash and went on to top the Billboard Hot 100. A feat notably achieved without the need for a music video.
Still that didn’t stop fans from wishing for one. And while it didn’t come to fruition, Bey just dropped a Cheers To The New Year visual that may serve as a consolation of sorts.

I notice the change in font she used and the “happy, joyful life” theme she’s going for coupled with her spending the last year with her family at home…I think it’s safe to say Beyoncé may be ready to release music by third or fourth quarter 2021. I think she may have started recording process before the pandemic and while filming “Black Is King” but taking a break might have inspired her in a different way. She took breaks for “4” and “BEYONCÉ” and they’re some of her best work so this extended break could be just as great.
