Megan Thee Stallion has slammed suggestion that the case against Tory Lanez have been dropped.
As reported, Lanez was charged with one count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm after the femcee claimed that he shot her in the foot on the night of July 12 2020.
The ‘Say It’ performer was also hit with another count of carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
Earlier today, murmurs began swirling about all court dates being wiped from schedules. Leading some to assert that the charges against Lanez had been dropped.
A select sect descended on Megan’s socials to mock her and she clapped back moments ago.
Her words below…
Confirming that the court date had simply been postponed due to the inauguration, she wrote:
“Y’all can’t tell when sh*t fake news? Y’all still don’t see an ABUSER picking with me ? The first court date got pushed back bc of the inauguration but I can’t wait until the MF FACTS come out ! B*tch you shot me AND MY STORY NOT CHANGING AND BITCH YOU GOING TO JAIL.
How tf I get shot now I’m the worlds biggest mf villain !? All y’all p*ssy ass n*ggas and pick me ass hoes GONE EAT YO MF WORDS.
Y’all so believe black women and protect black women online BUT WHEN I LITERALLY SAY I GOT SHOT ITS CONFUSING.
Trauma is real I’m still traumatized from loosing my mom dad and one of my grandmothers and on top of that being shot. I’m not open abt anything on the internet usually bc I like to keep my emotions private but I’m reaching my limit, Im going to keep staying positive.”
Presently out on $190,000 bail, Lanez is facing up to 23 years in prison if convicted.
