For, she has just launched a new hotline called ‘Goodline,’ where fans can talk, cry or do whatever they want to do.

While some went on to question if the hotline was real, the ‘Good Days’ singer assured them it was in another tweet, saying:

The hotline received so many calls that it ended up crashing the service. To accompany the call volumes the 30-year-old assured fans that they are making some changes and adding some new features.
