Pop iTunes: Dua Lipa Dominates Sales Charts After Dynamite 2021 GRAMMYs Performance

Published: Monday 15th Mar 2021 by Rashad

The 2021 GRAMMYs may have delivered a number of stunning wins, jaw-dropping snubs, and high octane stage performances, but few are getting the chatter given to Dua Lipa.

In addition to nabbing a victory in the Best Pop Vocal Album category for her sophomore LP, ‘Future Nostalgia’ (which marks her third GRAMMY win overall), Lipa left tongues wagging after her spirited stage showing – performing a medley of her hits ‘Levitating’ (alongside rapper DaBaby) and ‘Don’t Start Now.’

Viewers were particularly drawn to the latter portion of the medley it seems as the tune has popped to the top of Pop iTunes!

Having enjoyed a #2 peak on the Billboard Hot 100 last year, ‘Don’t Start Now’ – the lead single from ‘Nostalgia’ – already boasts being Dua’s biggest hit.  Now, thanks to rejuvenated sales generated by Sunday night’s performance (March 14), the Ian Kirkpatrick-produced song may be set for a rebound on the tally.

At the time of this report, the real-time Pop iTunes sales chart shows ‘Start’ sitting at #1 and ‘Levitating’ close behind at #3.

And she still won the Grammy that’s a fact, so your comment/Opinion means what?

Nick Jonas is No. 1 where he belongs. ❤️ Harry needs to shopping for some new eccentric clothes to stunt for his obsessed fans. Why I don’t know. DUA CAN’T PERFORM. Nick can. I witnessed it.

Amazing Congrats. I hope she can Top this Era because she now has to prove to the Grammy secret committee that she is Album of the Year worthy. BTW Don’t Start Now has been out for over a year and is still dominating the ITunes Chart. I’m still shocked that she didn’t WIN Record of the Year. I’m happy She at least was able to WIN Best Pop Vocal Album well deserved. She’s amazing loved her performance last night. This is NOW her Third Grammy.
