Demi Lovato has cause for celebration.
For her new album, ‘Dancing with the Devil…The Art of Starting Over,’ is proving to be more than a rebirth in title alone – it’s proving a commercial win for the singer too.

It launches at #2 (behind fellow Scooter Braun client Justin Bieber) with official first-week sales of 74,000.
Of that figure, 38,000 were pure sales – rendering the LP the top-selling album of the week.
On the streaming front, the project registered an additional 33,000 units (by way of 46.50 million on-demand streams of the album’s songs).
To date, Lovato’s career peak on the Billboard 200 has been #2. Beyond ‘Dancing with the Devil,’ her previous releases to reach said spot are 2015’s ‘Confident’ and 2008’s ‘Don’t Forget.’
It means all seven of the songbird’s LP’s have opened in the top 5 of the all-important chart. Not bad at all.
