Today saw plans officially unveiled for the rapper’s memorial and funeral, following his tragic death on April 9 as a result of an overdose.
While it was initially reported that a public memorial at New York’s Barclays Center may have been on the cards for the public, they instead will be able to watch a Celebration of Life event this Saturday, following by a Homegoing funeral service on Sunday.
Both have been limited to close family and friends due to the ongoing global health crisis.
