Chart Check [Hot 100]: P!nk’s ‘All I Know So Far’ is the Week’s Top-Selling New Song

Published: Wednesday 19th May 2021 by Rashad

If the response to her latest single, ‘All I Know So Far,’ is any indication, all we know so far is P!nk fans couldn’t wait to get their eyes and ears on new music from the GRAMMY winner.

Officially released May 7, the Greg Kurstin-curated cut acts as the lead single of P!nk’s forthcoming live album of the same name.  The 16-track set will drop May 21 – the same day the singer’s Amazon documentary of the same name will be unveiled on Amazon Prime video.

The push for the single, which has been accompanied by promo for the doc and its companion album, has included high profile press appearances in or on ‘PEOPLE’ magazine, ‘Ellen,’ and more and helped give it a running start on this refreshed Billboard Hot 100.

Look inside to see how it fared.

This week, the good folks at Billboard had jaws dropped due to an unprecedented delay in unveiling the new Hot 100 – which shockingly saw Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak (Silk Sonic) leapfrog over Dua Lipa to be crowned the week’s chart champion (as we reported here).

Peruse of the digital sales chart may see a few more dropped jaws as Lipa and Sonic reign at #1 and #2 respectively, but veteran P!nk (born Alecia Moore) – over 20 years since her debut – is found at #3 with sales of approximately 15,000.   The impressive entry makes her the week’s top-selling song.

Overall, once radio airplay and streaming figures were factored in, Moore landed at #74.

Look below to see who joins her on this week’s TGJ Chart Check: Hot 100.

Congrats to P!NK on another debut on the Hot 100. I wasn’t expecting a high debut from her new song either way another debut. Dua lipa is number 1 on the Billboard Digital Sales songs chart. I’m a subscriber of the Billboard charts I know this.

Actual sales don’t mean much anymore. More people paid 99 cents to purchase her song, instead of streaming it for 0.005 cents.

No one has a record collection anymore. No CDs to flip through, just deleted playlists.
