No reason was given for Onika blocking Yung Miami, but some onlookers are speculating that it stems from an interview Yung Miami gave on The Breakfast Club in November 2018.
Quizzed about her thoughts on the altercation between Minaj and Cardi B that occurred months earlier, she said:
“I just want to stay away from that question. Like, I don’t want to get into that. But I am team Cardi. City Girls is Team Cardi.”
