Cardi B is the most Entertaining atm. She is however not the best lyricists among female rappers. In Hip-Hop culture, lyricism is the true essence. Cardi B simply doesn’t capture this.

I say that to say, Cardi has a better machine, but Meg is the better rapper and she will outlast Cardi. In Trina’s defense the question was who is the best female to DEBUT in the last 5 years? 2016-2021. You have Cardi, Megan, the various dolls, City Girls and by credits, credit is due to Ms Cardi B. 5 #1 Billboard Hot 100 hits. If she said in the last 10 years, I’d say Nicki Minaj, hands down.
