Shortly after Lizzo broke down in tears over comments regarding her weight, her ‘Rumors’ collaborator is sticking up for her.

Taking to Twitter, the ‘Up’ rapper did not mince words, saying:
“When you stand up for yourself they claim your problematic & sensitive. When you don’t they tear you apart until you crying like this. Whether you skinny ,big, plastic, they going to always try to put their insecurities on you. Remember these are nerds looking at the popular table.”
Cardi’s was not the only celebrity to come to Lizzo’s defense as Chloe Bailey also defended her on social media.
Despite all of the negative comments, Lizzo says that she is going to start focusing on the positive and ignore the negative posts she might read about herself.
