Chart Check [Billboard 200]: Tinashe’s New Album ‘333’ is the Week’s Top R&B Debut

Published: Thursday 19th Aug 2021 by Rashad

Much like 2019’s ‘Songs for You’ before it, Tinashe‘s August 6-released album – ‘333’ – was greeted with critical acclaim aplenty.

The LP – her fifth overall (second to be released independently via her Tinashe Music Inc. (TMI) imprint) – bounced onto digital shelves on the backs of ‘Bouncin,’ ‘Pasadena,’ ‘I Can See the Future,’ and other official or buzz singles ahead of its arrival.

Rocketing to the top of multiple real-time digital sales tallies just hours after its release (as we reported here), the 16-song jaunt – with its inaugural sales tracking week now behind it – boasts being Sweet T’s fifth consecutive studio effort to impact the Billboard 200.

Look inside to see just where ‘333’ landed.

Tinashe’s ‘333’

First Week Sales (SPS):  5,800 units

First Week Sales (Pure): 1,200 units

Billboard 200 Debut:  #175

Entering at #175, ‘333’ dials in as the week’s top debut among all R&B acts impacting the refreshed Billboard 200.

The sales figures listed above powered the singer’s fifth career entry into the tally, and follows her first four studio efforts ‘Aquarius’ (2014), ‘Nightride’ (2016), ‘Joyride’ (2018), and ‘Songs for You’ (2019).

‘333’ may see its shelf life extended on the chart thanks to the launch of a supportive Stateside tour (click here for dates).

Lunatic flopmani stan responding to itself

Camila can flop all she likes and nothing will happen to her career cause she has 2 number one songs. She has given epic records 2 massive number one songs.

      Normani doesnt have that luxury.
When are u guys gonna understand that?

Normani has not given her label anything tangible and that’s why RCA has refused to fund her projects anymore.

I know u stan flopmani, so there’s nothing in ur skull, 😂

Normani trends on twitter almost every day but her career is still in the gutter.
Everybody hailed motivation and acted like it was the second coming.
      Motivation- 260 million streams
      Released 2 years ago.
Same thing with wild side. A whole cardi feature charted in only 4 countries overseas.
      26 million streams.

Dont go yet, is already approaching 50 million streams. Charted in 25 countries overseas.
She didnt even trend when she dropped this song.

U know normani stans are too dumb to understand anything. lol
RCA will eventually drop normani, cause she is a waste of money and investment. 😂

🤣🤣 All this coming from a person who’s second spam account publicly announced it was leaving this website due to their mental issues & depression diagnosis

The self drag. Honestly you’re truly sick. Your brains already decaying & it shows in each comment. Each post. Literally.

#66 on billboard after all that high budget promo !🤣

Also. You need to stop sniffing paint in these warehouses. Cuz it’s made you delusional enough to Believe I’m reading anyone of that thesis.

Take both your penicillin, meds & stream your girl. Hunny. All clearly need immediate action 💯

        Somebody is crying too much

A whole cardi feature charted in only 4 countries overseas.
And they wonder why RCA isnt spending any money on that bìtch anymore.
Now shes funding her projects herself like an indie artist

Goodluck with that “album” u speak of

Normani is going to perform at the VMAs this year.
U better start preparing ur conspiracy theories about how Camila is sabotaging her mic when normani is caught lip syncing ,AGAIN.
Normani stans are not well in the

        “Stream my girl”

I am streaming my girl and it shows
Dont go yet( a solo song)

Wild side featuring cardi the biggest female rapper at the moment
        26 million streams on spotify

Poor RCA records. They thought they had a beyonce on their hands, little did they know they had a latavia.
They must be regretting signing this ugly rat. 😂🤣

She sold nearly 6,000 copies and that’s only enough to get her to 175?
