Normani broke the internet with the epic music video for her latest single ‘Wild Side’ and now she’s taking folks behind the scenes of the sizzling visual.

The clip for the Cardi B assisted cut went viral upon its debut. And for understandable reasons.

Indeed, from its choreography to the captivating mise en scene, the visual was quite the feast.

Having amassed over 40 million views on YouTube, the release made clear that Normani is playing no games on her solo journey.

    wild side has grown on me.its a vibe.

    I think its the definition of a slow burner, if a hitmaker like rihanna would have sung it, its that kind of song that slowly but surely gets to top 5 billboard 100. normani doesn’t have that distinctive tone that would make a song like wild side hit number 1.

    that being said I think normani needs a different direction with her next single.she doesn’t pull off slow burners that well. big production , glitzy melody and punchy chorus. something that goes BAAM! on the first or second listen. without being too pop either. finding that balance is what’s been hard in her career so far.mixing genres is what she needs to master.

      The song is a song that will catch on later. The song needed to be slowed down a tad bit and the song would have been perfect. People fail to realize when you take on an Aaliyah sample you have to do it right or it will flop. Remember when timberland tried to use Aaliyah sample on Tink song and it flopped hard.
