It’s Adele season and the singer is set to sweep through the music landscape with her eagerly anticipated new single ‘Easy On Me.’
Following the cinematic trailer unveiling for the track’s accompanying video, the British belter is also firing up the buzz machine in other ways too.

Moments ago, Adele unwrapped a black and white promotional shot for the track – which is the first taste of her forthcoming fourth album.
Its arrival came paired with the news that the song will launch at midnight on October 15 in the timezone of her home country, the UK.
It means US listeners will be able to hear the track several hours before the typical frame for new releases (October 14 at 7pm ET/4pm PT.

Funny how everyone only comments on Adele not “switching it up” in her music. 99% of music today (mainly Hip-Hop and R&B) never switch it up and release song after song about s**, p****, höes, drugs, gangs… I guess that’s what you think Adele should turn to? Let Adele do Adele. And keep the same energy with the urban artists. Adele being Adele IS switching it up, dropping a ballad in between all these trap beats in the charts.
And those artists aren’t going diamond hun, that’s the difference. Most of us aren’t supporting Hip-Hop/R&B artists who recycle the same material over & over again.
And Adele is so she must be doing something right. Maybe this one won’t sell the same, who knows? Maybe the album is nothing like we except and the label is dropping a ballad as the first single not to alienate her usual fan base. We just have to wait and see…

True, she did. She also said this album she’s more reflective and pissed at herself, thinking maybe she’s the problem, instead of “why did you leave? It’s all your fault” etc. Divorce could also mean some aggression, or happiness of moving on? God knows 🤣 But there’s more sides to divorce than “woe is me, I can’t breathe without you” lol
