Cardi B is not holding back.
The music superstar is opening about the recent birth of her son and the rumors that she got surgery after giving birth to him.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the ‘Up’ rapper took pride in her body, slammed any rumors that she had surgery done, and talked about her “crazy” experience during the birthing process.
“I think it’s because, right now, I got some amazing hips due to my gorgeous son, because he was sitting so low.”
“You cannot do surgery after you give birth, especially me. I lost so much blood, guys. One day, I’m going to tell you guys about my crazy a*s delivery.”
Cardi B and Offset announced the birth of their second child last month (as we reported here).
She also recently made her first public appearance since giving birth when she attended Paris Fashion Week.
Cardi B and Offset have an additional child together, a daughter named Kulture, who was born in 2018.

Yes it does. Having surgery right after birth can cause serious infection that may be long lasting. It’s dangerous because of the blood you’ve lose, the trauma your muscles and immune system had been through, your mental state that can cause you to make drastic decisions, etc. That’s why after ANY surgery, they tell you to lay your ass for weeks, even months.
