Janet Jackson, Anita Baker, Sade, Mary J. Blige, & Toni Braxton Lead 2022 R&B Hall of Fame Nominees

Just weeks after the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted Tina Turner, JAY-Z, LL Cool J, and the rest of its 2021 class to historic measure (as we reported here), the National R&B Hall of Fame has unveiled its official list of 2022 nominees.

And while only six to eight inductee slots for are available for next year’s ceremony, a whopping 60 names have been listed on the ballot for fan voting to deem who will see their names printed in the hall.

Among those already garnering buzz for their prospective entry are GRAMMY-winning divas Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, Anita Baker, Toni Braxton, and Sade.

R&B lovers can vote for up to six nominees per week at 1 vote per session by clicking here.  The ballot closes February 15, 2022.

    Janet Jackson should be up for more awards in 2022 this Queen has started her career very young age Janet is a hard working women and mother let not forget that her song’s are still being heard plus she a dam good actress we need to see more of her.
    Janet if you nasty should be respected of her performance i want more of Janet Jackson. She got nothing to prove. She already did that.
