As rising stars go, few are burning as bright as Bree Runway.
It’s fitting, then, that the London bred stage blazer has been shortlisted for the BRITs 2022 Rising Star honor.
To commemorate the honor, Bree was invited to perform her scintillating single ‘HOT HOT’ in a special live session.
The performance follows her show-stopping offering at the MOBOs 2021, where she was nominated for two awards.

But this is not the song to walk around the stage in a ball gown like Adele ‘ad-libbing’
It needs choreo …
She deffo a dope performer but there’s always one element missing when it’s required.
The Mobo performance – was undersung & over produced – she sang like 3 words …
The song is 2 minutes long and she did the first verse acapella with all the sound fx (for what)
Something about all the adlibs she does on this song irks me too, like if it needed them sis surely u would’ve done it on the studio cut, just sing the damn song how u recorded it – u already missing the sample . No need for the Whitney treatment changing every melody . I’m like ‘what song is this’
She needs to take a leaf out of Chloe’s book and give us at least ONE solid performance of the video version of the song .. same melodies, Minimal adlibs, all the choreo and energy like
Chloe just did at the AMA’s.

I like her but this performance kinda just had me scratching my head
I agree , but I think that she is just appeasing to what she thinks is the Brit Award target market. I think she tamed for this.
