As reported, the singer has been accused of sexual assault by the former UNLV player.
In a detailed open letter, the 27-year-old claims Songz raped her in a Las Vegas hotel. The message, which was shared to her social accounts, follows a tweet she made at the end of last month alleging the same.
Now, in a statement to TMZ, reps for the performer have denied the accusations on his behalf. They said:
“Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”
Gonzalez has confirmed that she is fully committed “to pursuing the best course of action and all legal options.”
