Reports have it, the GRAMMY nominee (known for delivering hits on and off the charts) is named the defendant on a lawsuit from Brandon Bills.
Bills, the brother of DaBaby’s ex-boo/singer DaniLeigh, engaged in a brawl with the rapper at a bowling alley last week. The fight, which was captured on cell phone footage by bystanders, was a brutal beatdown that saw Brandon greatly outnumbered by the emcee and his crew.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Bills claims he was suddenly attacked by the men – an incident that left him with severe physical and psychological injuries. To remedy his plight, he’s suing for an undisclosed amount for damages related to said injuries as well as the medical bills and sustained disability.
Kirk’s potential legal woes stemming from the encounter don’t stop there, however. Local police have announced they’re investigating him for assault with a deadly weapon because Brandon was kicked in the head.

I strongly believe hes going to lose. No defending DaFool, but logically from a law perspective It definitely was self defense. Her brother made threats online prior. He also stalked da baby to find out what bowling alley he was at. He showed up there with intent to fight da baby. And da baby defended himself. He already said he was going to beat up da baby. Then when he saw him there he got into da baby’s personal space. And he got jumped because he was being confrontational. No one told him to get that close and no one invited him there- thus hes going to lose.
