For, fresh from rocking the Super Bowl Halftime Show and releasing her latest album ‘Good Morning Gorgeous,’ the Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul has broken exciting new ground with the LP’s title track.

On this week’s iteration of the Billboard Hot 100, MJB’s ‘Good Morning Gorgeous’ song soared to #83 on the coveted count fuelled by sales of its housing album.
In doing so, the D’Mile-produced anthem (which features co-production from H.E.R.) becomes Blige’s first entry on the Hot 100 in a decade (as a lead act).
The superstar’s last song to impact the chart was ‘Mr. Wrong’ in February 2012. Boasting guest feature from Drake, the track appeared on the album ‘My Life II: The Journey Continues.’
Blige’s latest win means that she has earned the prestigious honor of appearing on the chart in four straight decades: 90s, 00s, 10s, 20s.
