Hip Hop & Soul veteran Mary J. Blige surprised fans moments ago with the surfacing of her latest video, ‘Mr.Wrong‘, in aid of her latest album ‘My Life II: The Journey Continues‘.
Released to Urban radio on November 8th of this year with contributions from Young Money’s Drake, the single’s supporting clip surprisingly does not feature the ‘Take Care’ Rapper at all.

Impressive from start to finish, our only problem with this video is the absence of Drake.
Because let’s be honest, though the album is selling consistently on the Billboard 200, the same cannot be said for its singles on the Hot 100, which of course left many fans hoping Drake’s part in the cut would help generate some much needed attention for it.
Either, this video is undoubtedly one of Blige’s more enjoyable visuals to date, especially as we got to see her throw down a little.

okay let me start by saying I looooove this song and I LOOOOVEEEEEEE the album it really is one of her best in a long time BUT I can’t help but cringing when I watch some of her videos .. I feel like mary tries to be something she’s not when she’s dancing it just NEVER looks natural and fluid .. I loveee mary but someone needs to tell her its okay to just be an amazing singer LOL I’m srry not everyone is meant to be busting out beyonce or ciara moves

(finally) no MJB video has ever given me such life,honestly,though stay down will forever be my jam! and i loved that video too. anyway,i don’t get why Bey gets so much flack for rocking the blond hair for such a long time when mary has been rocking it since Beyonce was 9,….anywho,this is my fav song on her new album,and love her song with Bey 🙂

It reminded me of one of Beyonce’s Dereon ad’s. Yep that boring. mary should go back to her ” The Breakthrough Era” when her videos were amazing, because these ones so far have been sub par.
Ageism is the reason her singles have not gotten play on hip hop/R&B radio shes over 40 this also happened with her last lbums singles, this needs to be addressed as i am sick of this going on with radio hopefully mariah doesnt fall victim.

It’s funny how Sam will say that Rihanna and Britney look like corpses when they dance,, but he didn’t call Mary out on this mess!
The song is great, but this video is boring at best. None of Mary’s videos are exciting. They use the same formula: Mary in front of a bright colored background singing. The dancing was absolutely atrocious! And this is coming from a Mary fan.
If Mary could make a video like Hood Love…something with a plot, then her videos could generate more hype.

It began just like Kelly’s Motivation. U can tell it was produced by the same person. She gave me lots of Beyonce with the hair…but, Mary is a legend, an icon, etc. so she can do no wrong. GO MARY…you looked absolutely fab.
