The five-time chart-topper lifted the lid on the deal, which will reportedly see her own hr masters moving forward. Ora, 30, said:

“I’m THRILLED to announce that I am partnering with BMG!!! I couldn’t be happier that they will be my label family moving forward. Their approach to artist ownership and control is very much aligned with mine, and it’s so empowering to know that I will own all my master recordings that I make from now on. I also feel so motivated to be working with such a dynamic, creative, forward-thinking global company. I want to say a big THANK-YOU to the wonderful team at Atlantic Records, as I’m so proud of our incredible journey together and will never forget the day when we set the UK chart record for the most Top 10 singles by a British female artist. I am extremely grateful to get to do what I love, for all the special people I’ve been fortunate enough to work with and for my fans who are EVERYTHING to me – I do this all for you!

I am beyond excited about the new music I’ve been working on and can’t wait to share it with you all.
Here’s to a new chapter! See you all very soon!”

Ora’s BMG pact means the end of her six-year spell at  Atlantic Records – where she released hits such as ‘Anywhere’ and ‘Let You Love Me.’ Her last effort for the label was 2021’s experimental EP ‘BANG.’

Prior to that, the performer was signed to a joint venture with Roc Nation and Columbia Records.

Word is that Ora parted with Atlantic in January and briskly flew to Los Angeles to sign her BMG deal shortly after.

The company has enjoyed ample success in recent years, engineering chart-topping wins with the likes of Kylie Minogue and Janet Jackson.

BMG VP A&R Jamie Nelson said:

“Rita Ora is an exciting and enduring multi-talented artist with the ability to connect across many different platforms. We’re excited to get cracking.”

She’s been a consistent hit vendor for almost a decade. As such, we’re buzzed to hear what she has incoming.
