Ari Lennox is making major strides on the R&B charts with her latest hit ‘Pressure’ and now it’s emerged that she’s also making major changes businesswise too.

A rep for the songbird confirms that he has split from her management of 10 years.
A statement read:
“Ari Lennox and her management team Black Wax amicably decided to part ways. Lennox first signed with the company in 2012. She still considers them family and is beyond thankful for the business ventures and memories. She’s currently working on her sophomore album and is excited for the future endeavors that are in store for her.”
It’s noted that Lennox does not have a new team yet and is actively seeking new management.
The news comes as the starlet took to social media to tease her sophomore album with a board of 80 potential tracks.

I wish albums had 20 songs minimum. For all of the music artists record, we hear maybe 2% of it and the label saves it for when they pass to profit off of an artist after their death.
It’s sick.
20 track albums are too long and full of filler. 10-14 tracks will suffice.
