Drake Sued AGAIN Over ‘In My Feelings’ & ‘Nice For What’

Drake has found himself once again in a legal battle.

For, the acclaimed rapper is now facing a lawsuit over his songs ‘In My Feelings’ and ‘Nice For What.’

More details below…

The new suit has been filed by Samuel Nicholas III – who is the same person who hit him with lawsuits in the past. Now, he is accusing Drake of copyright infringement, according to Billboard.

Nicholas alleges that elements of his 2000 song ‘Roll Call (Instrumental)’ were sampled and used in the ‘Scorpion’ singles. ‘In My Feelings’ was produced by BlaqNmilD and now Nicholas is claiming that he used the exact sample on additional records he crafted for other artists.

BlaqNmilD’s team clapped back, saying that he and Nicholas both used the same sample from the song ‘Drag Rap (Triggerman)’ by Showboys.

A year after ‘In My Feelings’ and ‘Nice For What’ were released they were the subjects of a lawsuit Nicholas filed, where he claimed similar acts of copyright infringement. However, the cases were dropped.

Hollywood is full of thugs and h o e s💅🏾 Diva is not surprised. Some self claimed Hollywood movie directors was trying to trick me for casting and I ended up being casting for a p o r n o scene. Thank god! The male p o r n artists are handsome so I showed them my talents. Lol guess what. I signed with red light district for 2 years.
