With his latest single ‘Iffy’ living up to its title with its nonperformance on the Billboard Hot 100 (#71 peak), Chris Brown is pushing his ‘BREEZY’ era forward with another taste of new music from the set.
Titled ‘WE (Warm Embrace),’ the retro-inspired tune comes as a return to form for Brown whose fans have come to enjoy many of his sonic odes to the R&B of yesteryear.
“And I wanted to wrap you in / My warm embrace / And make it last forever / Girl, I catch a glimpse of heaven / When you let me wrap you in (Wrap you in) / My warm embrace (My warm embrace) / Visions of my hands in places / My warm embrace,” Chris croons on the Don City-produced banger.

Damn Iffy flopped quick, fast and a hurry. If this single flop he’ll throw another social media tantrum over fans not buying his music. This streaming era BS literally saved his career and got fools swearing he’s sold literally 100 million ACTUAL albums lol SMDH.
Lol hes not gonna complain. He knows the single flopped he ain’t dumb with what’s happening regarding his song. He simply moved on and dropped another song. This one, much, much higher quality. Unfortunately, besides a few certain artists, good rnb songs dont tend to chart well these days so this may not chart very well either, though I hope it does as it’s a very good song. His best in a while.

I appreciate the attempt to come differently with the sexual content. The 80s elements give it a more mature feel. I can hear like the Marvin Gaye influences..puts me in the mind of Miguel’s Adorn.
Exactly how I felt about it. Has a Sexual Healing feel to it, similar to Back to Sleep which reminded me at the time of Miguel’s Adorn.
