Nicki Minaj has had fans moving and shaking with new jams ‘Do We Have A Problem?’ and ‘Bussin’ – both of which have made their presence felt on the Billboard charts.

Now, she’s making a literal move with her ‘Queen Radio’ show.

The series, which has nabbed many a headline over the years, launched in 2018 on Apple Music. 

Somewhat format-less, the shows would serve as an outlet for the latest Minaj news (courtesy of the femcee herself), interviews with collaborators, and ample fan interaction.

In a statement made today, it was confirmed that ‘Queen Radio’ has found a new home on Amp – Amazon’s new app which promises to remold how the world listens to radio.

The platform, which is currently in the beta state, will allow ushers to become DJs, play songs and chat with listeners. Out of the gate, they will also have access to tens of millions of songs from all of the major labels and indie imprints too.

Minaj has been tapped as one of the first wave of creators to feature on the new platform alongside the likes of Pusha T, Tinashe, and Big Boi.

Initially, Amp will be invite-only and require an access code, which Amazon will provide via a waitlist, on its social outlets, and within their newsletter.

It will roll out more broadly later this year.
