Leaving few stones unturned over the last two weeks in her quest for yet another top 10 placement on the Billboard 200, the GRAMMY nominee’s whirlwind press tour has seen her field questions about everything from the album’s content to her highly publicized breakup with Shawn Mendes, former group Fifth Harmony, and much more.
One pesky topic that managed to slip into one of the conversations is the “infamous nip slip” – an on-air wardrobe malfunction that happened while Cabello was showing off dance moves on BBC‘s ‘The One Show’ in March.

During the global push for ‘Familia,’ Cabello was spotted chatting it up with the U.K.’s HitsRadio. While responding to fan questions, she addressed the nip slip.
“I really don’t care about the nip slip; they’re just nips,” she said at the video’s 2:47 mark. “Guys have them out. Why can’t I?”
Later in the response, Camila detailed a previous wardrobe malfunction that wasn’t so accidental.
“I’ve purposely nip-slipped before…publicly,” she started. “Free the nipples! Have you ever been topless in the ocean? It feels amazing, and I hate that they [society] deprives us of that. I dont think it’s fair.”
