Maino once rapped about feeling like a ‘Runaway Slave’ on his 2009 song of the same name.
Now, the MC has revealed that the concept is one he likes to reenact in the bedroom – with white women.

Appearing on Angela Yee’s raunchy ‘Lip Service’ show, Maino opened up about his role play activity and told stunned onlookers:
“It’s so wrong. I’ve never talked about this. I like to be like a runaway slave. I like to play like a runaway slave. I like to play like a disobedient slave with a white woman.”
The star went on to add that the scenario is one in which he encourages said white women to whip him.

It’s taboo, but I think he described a fantasy that’s very common,(for both black and white men and women in a mixture of roles), but just isn’t a openly spoken about for obvious reasons. As long as it doesn’t become his reality or true opinion of himself, I think it’s harmless and he shouldn’t be judged for it. Not sure I believe him when he says no one has agreed to it with him though – if that’s his fantasy and he’s prepared to speak about it on radio, I don’t doubt he’s played it out for real.
But it is completely insensitive to sexualize the oppression of African descent ppl. While it may be their FANTASY, it is still a REALITY…GLOBALLY.
So for anyone to become aroused over social dynamics tied w/ murder & genocide, speaks volume on the lack of empathy one has for certain groups.
