Trey Songz‘s mountain of legal woes is slightly less weighty. For, it’s been announced that the sexual assault claims the singer was facing in Las Vegas have been dropped.

37-year-old Songz stood accused of sexual misconduct in an alleged incident on his birthday last year.
The ‘Say Ahh’ singer was said to have brought a group of ladies to his room – at which point things took a turn.
In a statement issued to TMZ, the Las Vegas Metro. PD said:
“The LVMPD has concluded the investigation into the sexual assault allegations against Tremaine Neverson and determined that no criminal charges will be filed. If any new evidence comes to light, the case will be reopened for further investigation.”
The performer’s lawyers, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, added:
“We are pleased that Trey Songz’ has been cleared of wrongdoing and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigation has officially been closed.”
It’s not all plain sailing for Songz, though.
There’s still lingering discourse around claims of rape made by female basketball star Dylan Gonzalez, as well as a $20 million lawsuit made by a woman who asserts the star raped her in 2016.
The crooner has denied all of the allegations levelled against him.

This sounds like the same thing that happened with Chris Brown where a woman came out with some b******* story that indirectly discredits/tarnishes the original allegation.
I wouldn’t be surprised if that woman was paid to accuse and then retract in this case with Trey Songz. It helps them when they go up against the legitimate case e.g. Dylan Gonzalez.
