Variety’s Power of Women: Queen Latifah, Venus Williams, & Camila Cabello Among 2022 Honorees

Variety’s Power of Women event, an annual toast to some of the most powerful women working in media, entertainment, and philanthropy, has announced its 2022 honorees:  Drew Barrymore, Queen Latifah, Camila Cabello, Kim Cattrall, Amanda Seyfried, and Venus Williams.

Set to be held at New York City’s The Glass House venue on May 5, the event – a partnership with the women’s television network Lifetime – will kick off just a day after each honoree will be listed on a respective cover of the mag’s annual Power of Women issue (available on newsstands on May 4).

Inside its pages, readers can glance at the annual Women’s Impact Report – a listing that highlights 50 women working in media and entertainment.

Her elation was echoed by Amy Winter, EVP, and head of programming at Lifetime & Lifetime Movie Network.
