For, new details have arrived a week after he was booked into jail on a felony charge of battery.

The Tampa Bay Times now reports that Wave is accused of allegedly choking his ex-girlfriend on April 24 while their two children were in the home.
The victim, who allegedly had a scratch located “near the left center of her neck,” told the police that she had been sound asleep in her bed when Wave allegedly walked in and choked her until she couldn’t breathe.
She then went on to tell the police that she and the ‘Tombstone’ rapper had dated for four years and that they have two children together. The woman claimed that Wave accused her of talking to other men and then attacked her.
The pair’s two children were in their own bedroom when the incident occurred.
As of reporting, a representative for Wave has not spoken about the incident at this time.
