The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ star recently sat down with Deadline for their ‘Crew Call’ podcast, where she revealed that she has begun work on her next album.
“I just finished Season 4 of my cooking show [‘Selena + Chef’], and I am in L.A. working on my album now.”
While she did not give further details about the project, she did share that she is open to touring again, saying:
“I am open to a tour, 1,000 percent. But I obviously have obligations and things that I want to do, so, when the time’s right. It’s not the top of my priority list.”
Gomez’s most recent musical projects included her first Spanish-language EP ‘Revelación.’ Prior to that, her most recent album was 2020’s ‘Rare,’ which included her first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single ‘Lose You To Love Me.’
