The singer has been trending on social media for several days after removing her profile picture across all of her social media profiles. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
A wave of excitement permeated the ‘net and the hype has only intensified after fan deep dives of the singer’s official website and also in the wake of “interesting” posts from Tidal.
Referencing the trending “#B7” topic, the JAY-Z-founded streamer posted: “What is a B7?” – sparking a rousing response from fans.
The platform then tweeted about ‘B8’:

Sounds like plans for a double release(?). Would not be surprising considering it’s been so long since a non-soundtrack studio album. Technically, this will be the Lemonade follow-up. I read she’s been working with a producer known for House music. Hmmm, guess we’ll find out what’s going on sooner or later, but definitely seems like something is up her sleeve.

Spotify has lost subscribers due to its ethical practices around the amount of shares it pays itself compared to what artists get per stream. Tidal pays over three times more per track to the artist than Spotify does, and has been going for 7 years so nobody is “trying” to make it happen.
That Normani album is 100% not coming “this summer” if Beyoncé is about to drop. Not that it was EVER coming anyway…

Well let’s hope the “hive” supports this new one better than they did The Gift. And no that wasn’t no soundtrack album as only one of the songs from that album were in the lion king.
But it was a soundtrack album tho..and it featured many other artist. It wasn’t a solo record.
It was a soundtrack to her Disney+ special “Black Is King”. Soo therefor you are wrong.
No, Black Is King was made up of multiple music videos MADE for songs from Lion King: The Gift which was released a year prior. The same way ALL music videos are made for already-recorded songs. A soundtrack is made AFTER a movie.
It’s literally called “Lion King: The Gift” and described as a soundtrack album. It is music made for fans of the movie and completely inspired by the movie. She wanted to make her own separate soundtrack for the movie in addition to the other soundtrack that she is featured on as well. The songs from LK The Gift were also later used as a soundtrack for “Black is King” which was as a film also inspired by Lion King the movie. With each project she wanted to retell the children’s movie in her own way. None of those projects are in any way like her studio albums.
Even if it is a “sound track”. It don’t matter. Whitney sold soundtracks throughout the 90s the Bodyguard soundtrack features other artist but sold off the back of Whitney’s work and name. The Hive wants everyone to support Beyoncé but yet again don’t support her all the time themselves. Heck I think her Fight Temptations soundtrack sold better than The Gift and that was mostly Gospel music.
I’d rather see a DC reunion album where 80% of the album is DC and then 20% has individual singles that they can launch a reunion tour off of and sometime during the tour Beyonce can do a surprise album release. It’s a win win for everyone!
Give me a reunion tour with LeToya, LaTavia and Farrah and I will pay VERY good money to purchase the most expensive tickets possible.

Lolllllll we are STARVING I would love more ‘black and white/clean cut certified’ bops from some of the more seasoned artists. I enjoy the new girls but we are still very much watching them hone their skills and its a likkle boring sometimes.
