For, the music superstar is now opening up about her new song – ‘Hot Sh*t’ – and explaining why the music video for the project is delayed.

Cardi took to Instagram Live, where she revealed that she wanted to cancel the release of her new song because people “dropped the ball.” However, she insists that the song will still arrive on time, but just without a music video.

Elsewhere, she also joined a Twitter Space. During her time in there, she is already “planning the rollout for the next record.” However, she insists that it will be a “couple months.”

Aw I do feel for her on this. When other people f*** up what you’re trying to do when you have it planned perfectly and then you just think f*** it and lose motivation. You can hear it in her voice. But I’m sure the song will do well regardless.
Say what you want about Cardi but she is a PERFECTIONIST. She wants her s*** right & tight at all times. She’s creative but clearly doesn’t have the control that she desires. I heard a while back that she wanted this album to be an event like no other rap chick has executed. I hope everything still goes as planned…eventually.
