Jesy Nelson is attempting to set the record straight.
As reported, the former Little Mix member is said to have been sent “back to the drawing board” after label bosses were allegedly left not totally satisfied with the solo material she’d been cooking up. A claim sources linked to the relative silence that followed last October’s controversy–soaked release of ‘Boyz’ featuring Nicki Minaj.
Now, the 30-year-old is speaking up and out.

Via Instagram Stories, Nelson denied the suggestion her project is in limbo and added that a new single is incoming. She wrote:
“Don’t usually comment on stuff like this because I can’t be bothered to waste my energy on total and utter nonsense. So, I’m going to address this once and once only, as I know you guys are freaking out.
I promise you there is absolutely nothing to worry about. I’ve had an amazing time in the studio in LA working on my album, which is almost finished. I am so excited for you all to hear the next single, which is coming soon. So, stay tuned.
I love you all and thank you for being so patient x.”
