Nicki Minaj sprung a surprise on fans moments ago with the first look at her incoming documentary series.

The Rap royal, who is gearing up for the release of her new single ‘Freaky Girl,’ unleashed a trailer of the six-part special that fans have been looking forward to for almost two years.
In the trailer, Minaj is seen drawing the curtain back on the triumphs and challenges of her rise to fame, losing and finding herself, as well as her relationship with Kenneth Petty.
She said of the venture:
“Coming out SOONER THANK YOU THINK đ đ«¶đœ I took some time to perfect this very intimate, delicate, electrifying, inspiring body of work. As I decide on a home for this project, I canât help but reflect on what Iâm including in this doc. Some things are so personal, itâs scary. Itâs like NOTHING youâve seen before & I need it to be handled with care. Love you so much. Thank you for the continued support.”

At the time of its initial announcement in 2020, the doc was to be housed on HBO Max. However, per Minaj’s words, she’s now “deciding on a home” for the project.
