‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Kathy Hilton found herself in a real mess last week after a snafu on BRAVO’s ‘Watch What Happens Live…With Andy Cohen’ saw her mistake ‘Precious‘ star Gabourey Sidibe for GRAMMY-winning singer Lizzo.
As we reported here, the 63-year-old socialite (and mother of Paris and Nicky Hilton) braved a fiery backlash after she appeared on the talk show alongside ‘Hills’ co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff – with many suggesting the Lizzo/Sidibe mixup was intentional and “shady.”

As seen in the Instagram post above, Hilton asserts her poor vision was the reason for the blunder.

The reality star’s reactions to the backlash comes after sources took to our friends at E! News to relay how terrible she feels about the ordeal.
“She gets a little nervous when she is on live TV,” the source added. “Kathy is a very sensitive person and would never intentionally hurt anyone’s feelings.”
Said outlook was reiterated by a separate unidentified source.
“Kathy would never want to offend anyone at all. She doesn’t know who anyone is.”
