Taking to press, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that Little Mix’s ‘Heartbreak Anthem’ has now been certified Gold for the sales equivalent of 500,000 units in the United States.

As a result of its updated certification, ‘Heartbreak Anthem’ becomes the group’s third single to be certified Gold in the United States. They previously did so with their songs ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Wings.’

‘Heartbreak Anthem’ failed to chart in the United States, but it was a massive success overseas, where it peaked at #3 in the UK and stayed there for two weeks.

The news of the updated certification comes as the girl gear up for their solo endeavors.
