Disney+ Announces New BTS Documentary

After becoming one of the most prolific bands in recent years, fans will not get a look at BTS like they have never seen them before.

For, the K-Pop group is officially getting their own documentary.

According to NME, Disney+ unveiled the news, which will be part of a bigger announcement of upcoming predictions from the company.

The new film is described as a “music docu-series” and is entitled ‘BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star.’ What’s more, the documentary will “chart[s] the incredible journey of 21st century pop icons BTS” and will include “unprecedented access” to the band over the last nine years.

Additionally, the series will feature the daily lives of all the members as they prepare for the next chapter.

However, the news does not end there. BTS member J-hope also has a solo documentary in the works at Disney+ as well. It will focus on his iconic set at Lollapalooza 2022.

The news comes after BTS embarked on a hiatus to serve their required military time.

No premiere dates have been released for the documentaries or any other details about the episode count, but it is expected in to be unveiled in the coming months.
