Drake and 21 Savage have found themselves in some hot water.

For, both rappers are now being sued by Vogue magazine over a fake cover.

More details below…

According to TMZ, documents obtained allege the duo misled fans into believing the magazine would drop a special edition with the rappers featured on it.

Vogue’s parent company claims that neither the publication nor the Editor-in-Chief approved the fake covers and have since asked both rappers to remove all promotion using the name Vogue.

Additionally, the publication is seeking $4 million in damages.

The fake Vogue promo was first used to promote Drake and 21 Savage’s most recent album ‘Her Loss.’ The duo’s other fake promo included a fake of NPR‘s Tiny Desk Concert series.

Reps for Drake and 21 Savage have not responded at this time.

    It’s me… Hi! I’m the problem, it’s me
    At teatime, everybody agrees
I’ll stare directly at the sun but never in the mirror
It must be exhausting always rooting for the anti-hero

Drake thinks he’s so big he can get away with anything so hopefully this brings him down to earth a little bit. This ain’t Vibe magazine, we talking about Vogue and they don’t endorse these wanna be thugs (can’t bust a grape in real life), they have a brand to uphold and it doesn’t involve this ghetto shxt, not to mention how many ppl ran to the internet thinking this and the tiny desk was real. So Drake and 21’s album is getting traction using their likeness as well, they need to be compensated CLOWN

It’s not that deep damn. Maybe they didn’t create the artwork

Even if they didn’t create it, they posted it and helped it circulate. Drake is very established and very well rounded in the industry he works in, he knows the ins and outs of this kind stuff involving big publications and so on. His mindset was “I can do this cause I’m Drake”. They need to Pay up !
