A source close to the situation revealed the news to Billboard that Azalea has indeed sold the entirety of her music catalogue to Domain Capital for eight figures.
This sell includes her hit songs like ‘Fancy’ with Charli XCX, ‘Black Widow’ with Rita Ora, and ‘Problem,’ with Ariana Grande.
That’s not all, the deal allegedly contains a “trigger” that allows her to earn future revenue on master recordings.
Other projects included in the deal are her albums and EPs: ‘The New Classic’, ‘In My Defense,’ ‘Surviving the Summer,’ and ‘The End of an Era.’
The news comes as Azalea is readying a new album set for a 2023 release date that is rumored to be produced by Tory Lanez (as we reported here).
