Taking to TikTok, Lizzo shared a snippet of the song, which features SZA’s vocals as well as her own. Lizzo captioned the post, “Guess what B***H?!” seemingly fueling the collaboration rumors even more.

While only teased and not officially confirmed by either artist, Lizzo continued to tease the collaboration and its release in a follow-up TikTok that was captioned,” 2 pretty best friends sittin’ on enough unreleased music to save 2023.”

If it were made a single, the ‘Special’ remix would serve as the third single from Lizzo’s album of the same name, which was released earlier this year.

The project featured the singles: ‘It’s About Damn Time,’ and ‘2 Be Loved.’

As for SZA, it comes after it was announced that her highly-anticipated sophomore album is coming next month (as we reported here).
