The man who allegedly killed Takeoff is now claiming his innocence.

According to Billboard, Patrick Xavier Clark said though his attorneys that he did not shoot and kill the Migos member last month.
His attorney, Letitia Quinones, claimed that her client is “nervous” and “concerned” because he is “being charged with something that he believes he’s innocent of, so how would anyone do in that type of circumstance?”
Takeoff was shot and killed during the early hours of November 1 when gunfire erupted over a game of dice. Authorities have since gone on to claim that Takeoff was “an innocent bystander” in the altercation.
Police arrested Clark as a suspect as a result of ballistic evidence and surveillance footage.
Currently, a bond reduction hearing is scheduled for Clark on December 14.
