Dionne Warwick and Dolly Parton are teaming for a new duet, one that is described as “very special.”

Warwick joined Tamron Hall on her talk show on January 3. It was there that she revealed the news that she would be teaming up with Parton for a new song.

“She sent me a song that she wanted me to record, and I said, ‘Okay, that sounds like a deal,’” Warwick said.

“She’s such a sweetheart, I know her. And then she sent me another song, the one that we’re going to be doing as a duet,” she continued.

Warwick then went on to reveal the song’s title is ‘Peace Like A River’ and what collaborating with Parton means to her.

“I am very excited about this, I really am. I’ve done so many duets over the years, but this one’s gonna be very special,” Warwick said.

There is currently no word as to when the song is set to be released.
