Muni Long is riding high off of her recent GRAMMY nominations and to celebrate she recently appeared on ‘Sound Sessions.’
While there, she took the time to perform two of her hit songs: ‘Hrs & Hrs’ and ‘The Words.’ Adorned in all black, she unleashed her vocal acrobatics across the tunes, which were backed by a live band.
Elsewhere, she also gave a compelling interview where she talked about her songs and the Recording Academy.

She fizzled quick
Horrible lakefront, Horrible tired eyelashes, and tired looking nails. She looks like 2019. All these poor girls look the same. They allllll look the same. Geez!
Her nose job is distracting and she doesn’t have many good songs outside of Hrs & Hrs
However I do wish her the best. She’s an incredible songwriter , just not so much for herself…..
She should stick to writing for others. She could write a good comeback song for Rihanna. Lift Me Up wasn’t hitting.
