After months of speculation, the singer/media maven confirmed that she and director Taika Waititi are officially husband and wife.

During an appearance on Heart Breakfast With Jamie Theakston & Amanda Holden to promote new single ‘You Only Love Me,’ the chart-topper was quizzed about the rumors that she and Waititi had tied the knot.
Replying candidly, she said:
“Yes, yes, so you know, here we are. Everything happens for a reason people, I am officially off the market.”
Sharing that she and New Zealander Waititi (who she’s been dating since 2021) exchanged vows last August, Ora offered up the following about their nuptials:
“It was just exactly, exactly how I wanted it. It was just nice and perfect. Completely how I wanted it, just to myself… It was really sweet.”
Elaborating about how the wedding-themed video for ‘You Only Love Me’ was inspired by the real-life developments in her life, the 32-year-old said:
“I did want to play on the fact that I’ve chosen to keep [my wedding] kind of more private… and just to myself a bit more but I did want to play on what could have been, so this is what I’m giving to the public on what could have been.”
