Muni Long sprung a surprise on fans at her Valentine’s Day show in Los Angeles last night (February 14).
Glowing from her big win at the GRAMMYs, the singer-songwriter invited JoJo and Amber Riley on stage with her to perform a rendition of Whitney Houston’s R&B classic ‘Heartbreak Hotel.’
Together, the trio blew the roof off The Echo.

I want to talk about Amber. I already knew she could sing, but she went to a whole other level on Masked Singer. She should be called on a lot more for tributes and awards shows.
Sing Amber! What a cute moment. Heartbreak Hotel is a classic. One thing about Whitney she wasn’t a hater!! She loved TALENT! And she wasn’t afraid to showcase it and let the girls have their moment.
Nice! And We know Jojo to be a beast but amber riley was the Kelly price, whitney and the faith evans of this performance.
From the clip, it didn’t really start to come alive until Amber stepped in. And I love JoJo, but maybe the mic wasn’t up or she didn’t feel comfortable singing. Towards the end, I could visualize them as a group. Or maybe we just need a singing girl group (other than FLO) for THIS generation…

I’m surprised by Jo Jo vocals on this video. Muni long don’t ever attempt a Whitney Houston song ever again… amber you somewhat save the embarrassment for these h***. I hope this was a last minute plan 😞😞
Not a great showing. JoJo seemed nervous and sounded off key and this type of track is too big for Muni Long. Amber had some nice moments but again she is capable of so much more. Was like an amateur karaoke performance.
Muni Long isn’t an impressive singer in live settings
Y’all are weird. JoJo didn’t sound bad at all. Muni is the” weakest” singer out of them all and JoJo’s mic def had issues as I only heard a few lines and that nice almost whistle note. And she can still sing. JoJo can blow. But Amber…in Glee she hit notes the average person has to work YEARS to do!
Yes my babies! I am watching down from heaven in awe. My blood, sweat and tears were not in vain. I love to be remembered and paid tribute to. It is the biggest form of flattery. I love to see the new girls paying tribute to THE VOICE; myself. The greatest singer who ever did live.
My baby Amber commanded that stage. Beautiful voice. We know what Jojo is capable of nerves happen. Muni Long..beautiful gowns! MY LORD!
